The next time I cook salmon for dinner, my wife is going to flip. For quite a while now, my wife and I love to eat salmon about once a week. But this time, she’s in for a big surprise. (And me too cuz I never quite know how my cooking is going to turn out.)

See today, I just found a brand new recipe for baked salmon, our favorite. And the best part is, it looks easy to make. The unique part is, the chef, throws some simple, but really tasty  stuff into the mix – that only takes about 4 extra minutes to prepare. That’s the really cool part!

So I hope this is something you will try and enjoy as well…and do tell!

But before you hurry off to the market and grab a fresh pink slab of delicious salmon…I want to give you a quick heads-up on something…

..I never recommend heating Olive Oil, as done in the video. That’s because polyunsaturated oils hydrogenate under heat. That’s bad. Instead, do what I do, and add the olive oil after you are finished preparing your saute. It still works. (Or try old fashion real organic butter instead)

Enjoy!

P.S. Remember to use only “Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon!” Avoid farm raised and anything ‘Atlantic.’
