I truly believe the single most important – yet little talked about benefit – of living a high fat, low carb or keto lifestyle is the fact that you’re nearly forced to eat only non-processed, whole, fresh foods (with few exceptions).

And this is great news (for you and me) when you consider what the majority of people living on the planet will unknowingly stuff into their mouths on a daily basis. Especially Americans.

Because if you’re still completely unaware of exactly how bad everyday, common foods are for you and your loved ones – the very foods found inside your favorite grocery store – a quick google search will reveal the plain, un-hidden truth.

Yes, the real truth is out there. But it still doesn’t stop major food suppliers from feeding us “food” they know is harmful, all for profit (no different from tobacco companies).

But the good news is, you’re done listening to my rant, and I’ve put together a little InfoGraphic for you, showing you my favorite “go-to” whole-foods that are perfect for a low-carb/high-fat diet. (no boxes, labels, or wrappers needed)
