However, that’s not the only reason I feel I need to listen to what he has to say.

Dr. McClain’s Home-Made “Juice” To Boost Your Immune System (Drink Daily)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon fresh black pepper
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients into a blender. Pulse for one minute, or until blend has fully liquified.
- Set up a strainer over a bowl. Carefully pour the mixture through the strainer and into the bowl. (Use a spoon to press through as much liquid as possible.)
- Transfer liquid into a drinking glass, then drink right away.
Note: Although best consumed right away, you can store remaining liquid in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
